Because each Tsa-Tsa is hand-molded and micro-painted, subtle variations in texture, color, and stroke are hallmarks of authenticity, not defects. These nuances verify that your amulet is a unique masterpiece, not a machine-printed replica.
Return Window We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with the Certificate of Authenticity intact.
Refunds Processing Time (Mandatory) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Exchanges Due to the limited nature of our collections (small-batch crafting), we cannot guarantee the availability of identical pieces for exchange. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your current piece for a refund and placing a new order.
Return Shipping To ensure the safety of the return journey, all returns must be shipped via an insured, trackable service at the collector's expense. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
